Jungle Safari at Statue of unity – Zoological Park

Sardar Patel Zoological Park is a major Tourist Destination at Kevadia in Narmada district of Gujarat State, spread over an area of around 375 acres with extremely undulating topography. The Zoo houses 2 Bird aviaries. These two aviaries are having state of the art geodesic design designated for Indian and exotic Birds. The geo domes of Bird aviaries are going to cover an area of 1.5 hectares with complex architectural design to create a structural marvel.

Pets Zone

Touch, feel, photography and enjoy the experience of cuddling your favorites animals. It houses different exotic species of animals including Macaw, Rabbits, Guinea Pig, Miniature Pony, Tukey and Geese etc. The petting zone has been provided with exquisite landscaping which increases the visitors’ experience.

Ekta Nursery

Ekta Nursery was envisioned by Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi while dedicating the Statue of Unity to the Nation. He suggested developing Ekta Nursery as a tourist destination to spread awareness about eco-friendly practices. This nursery serves dual purposes of serving as an education cum demonstration center for tourists and providing employment to local people. Ekta Nursery yields plants of Unity signifying the underlying theme of Unity pervading across Kevadia. The nursery produces and sales plants

Cactus & Butterfly Garden

GEER Foundation has developed Cactus Garden on the opposite end of SOU on the bank of river Narmada. There are more than 450 species of Cacti and succulents from 17different countries have been planted here. Cactus dome is one of the largest dome in India which contains 836Sq meter area. Apart from Cactus Nursery, here there is a View Point/Selfie point is situated along with a shop of Medicinal products of Cactus and Souvenir is also available.

Vishwa Van

Vishwa Van (a Global Forest) is home to herbs, shrubs and trees native to all 7 continents signifying the underlying theme of ‘Unity in Diversity’ in context global context. Vishwa Van symbolizes the life sustaining potion of forests in the context of all life forms in the planet.

Children Nutrition Park

Children Nutrition Park is the World’s first technologically driven theme park envisioned and conceptualized by Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi with the objective of inspiring children to eat healthy and understand the role of nutrition in their mental and physical growth.

Unity Glow Garden

It is a unique theme park, has been developed with glimmering array of installations, figures and optical illusions. There are many botanical installations, various animals and birds, LED fountain inspired with glowing lights. “Lights would be turned on post SUNSET ONLY”

Ekta Cruise

A unique way to see the statue of Unity , world tallest statue , is through the river cruise. A passenger boat gives breath taking view of the statue and commutes you to Statue of Unity. The boat has lower deck for seating along with food and souvenir shop. On upper deck, one can enjoy an unobstructed view of the Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel’s Statue and enjoy the surrounding scenic beauty.

Note: The last cruise for return from SOU will be at 06:20 hour and return ticket to be utilized within this time or 5 hours from departure from SBB (Shrestha Bharat Bhavan) whichever is earlier.

Sardar Sarovar Nauka Vihar (Boating)

Explore the picturesque natural surroundings of the Statue of unity as you sail around dyke 3 and 4. The area is lush with local flora and fauna, offering the unique opportunity to observe the innumerable species in their natural habitat in 40 minutes from the confirmation of the boat.

River Rafting at Khalwani

River Rafting on the River Narmada. Eligibility of Age for admission is above 14 years to Maximum 55 years. Pickup & drop point will strictly be Shrestha Bharat Bhavan Parking.

Tour Starts From – Valley of Flower Parking. It is a family-friendly Guided Cycle tour that includes small frame kid’s cycle and the regular cycles for adventure enthusiasts.
